Black Bear Lodge is a guest-favorite cabin! It is the best place for friends and families to come together and get away from their busy everyday lives! Black Bear Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with its 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 full beds, and 1 twin, and 1 twin bunk beds. Relax in the hot tub or catch a new movie in the theater room, do whatever you desire in this cabin that truly has it all.
Adults can relax in the rocking chairs on the main floor deck or grill up a yummy dinner on the charcoal grills. Meanwhile, the kids are racking up for a game of pool or playing making believe in the Kids Kave. Spend your evenings by the outdoor firepit, roasting marshmallows and telling old stories.
Maybe one of the best things about Black Bear Lodge, is its prime location to all the attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Drive a few minutes to the popular Pancake Pantry on the Parkway, or visit Alcatraz Crime Museum on a rainy day.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation text along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay will be sent via text.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what’s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter’s stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
