6 Whispering Oaks provides that rustic Smoky Mountain cabin experience while being conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You get peace and tranquility while being minutes away from all the attractions. When you enter the cabin, you’re greeted by a cozy living and dining room space with gas fireplace, a full kitchen. Through the hall you’ll find the main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite full bath with private entry to the large back deck that borders the National Park. The back deck has a five-person hot tub and plenty of space to eat dinner, play cornhole, or just take in the crisp mountain air. In the loft you’ll find the second sleeping area with a queen bed, half bathroom, tv, and foosball table. Whispering Oaks can accommodate two separate couples or a family of 4-6. It’s great for a romantic getaway, quick family trip, or even larger groups when you pair it with our neighboring cabin, Smoky Oaks (which accommodates 4).

THE BASICS:
No smoking, no house parties, no pets, no blocking driveways, no damage, no excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement. You will need to e-sign the rental agreement as soon as possible. Once we have a signed rental agreement, we will email check-in instructions 48-hours prior to your check-in date. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental property interior that occur during the renter’s stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Please plan accordingly.
