Rental & Return Policy
Rental access begins at 9:00 AM on your reservation start date. Boats must return to the boat lift nightly by 30 minutes before sunset, including multi-day reservations. The boat must be returned by sunset the day prior to your departure date.
Example: To rent for one day on Monday, set your arrival date as Monday and departure date as Tuesday. The boat must be returned Monday by sunset.
If you are not a guest at Gull Lake Beach Resorts and have a multi-day rental, the boat must return to its assigned slip at Gull Lake Beach Resorts each night. Boats may not be docked at any other resort or private dock overnight.
Cancellation Policy
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel, with a cancellation fee of $150. In the event inclement weather forces a cancellation, we will cancel your reservation and issue a full refund.
Rules And Regulations
RENTER agrees that during its operation of the Boat it will comply with the followings Rules and Regulations:
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older
- No smoking, alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs permitted on board
- Safety equipment (life jackets, throw cushion, fire extinguisher, anchor and line) is for emergency use only
- Every person on the boat aged 10 or younger must wear a life jacket at all times — all others are strongly encouraged to do so
- Neither the boat nor the owner holds liability for any person's failure to wear a life jacket
- Only the named renter may operate the boat
- Only individuals listed on the Boat Rental Agreement are permitted on board
- No pets allowed on board
- No hard coolers permitted on board
- Boats must return to the boat lift nightly by 30 minutes before sunset, including multi-day reservations
- The boat may not be operated before sunrise
- Renters are responsible for the safe and proper operation of the boat and all equipment, including the safety of all passengers and other boaters
- Any damaged or misused equipment is the renter's financial responsibility
- Boats returned excessively dirty or with food and trash left behind will incur an additional cleaning fee
