The Basics
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
• Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
• No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.
Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are happy to consider alternative payment plans. We do not allow early check-ins during summer peak season due tot he volume of turnovers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
