A Cabin Built for Gathering
With room for up to 10 guests and three full bathrooms, nobody's waiting in line and nobody's cramped. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area that's perfect for group meals and late-night card games. The master bedroom with its own en-suite and a second bedroom with a private bath offer comfortable privacy for couples or parents, while the upstairs loft — with three queen beds and a connected full bath — is a favorite for kids and teens.
When the day calls you outside, you'll have plenty to work with. Start your morning on the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee and unobstructed views of Gull Lake. Spend the afternoon on the water or lounging on the sandy beach just steps away. In the evening, fire up the charcoal grill for dinner, then gather around the outdoor firepit to swap stories and watch the sun go down. There's a playground on-site for the little ones, and the lake is always just a short walk away.
What's Included
Every stay at Gull Haven 704 comes fully stocked with our guest starter kit — coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more — so you can relax first and shop later. The cabin also features an in-unit washer and dryer, central air and heat, cable TV, and Wi-Fi, making it just as comfortable for a two-week summer stay as it is for a long weekend.

The Basics

- Do Not Arrive to the property prior to your approved check-in time.
- No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.
Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments!
- If booking 120+ days before check-in: 50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior.
- If booking within 120 days: 75% deposit required.
- If booking within 60 days: Full payment due at booking.
