Interlachen 1 is one of three creekside Interlachen units offered by Gull Lake Beach Resorts—and it’s a guest favorite for good reason. This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to six guests and was recently renovated with fresh paint, new carpet and furniture. Inside, the cozy yet elegant décor feels like home, while outside, the peaceful creekside setting invites you to soak up nature from sunrise to sunset.

Start your mornings with coffee by the floor-to-ceiling windows, taking in the serene views. In the evening, grill up a family dinner on the propane BBQ, or gather around the firepit as the sun sets over the trees. Whether you're hosting a game of cards on the patio or watching the kids play on the community playground, Interlachen 1 offers the perfect backdrop for lasting vacation memories.

Important Details
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
• Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
• No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.

Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments!
• Bookings 60-120 days out: 75% is due at booking.
• Booking within 60 days: Full payment required at booking
