The Basics
- Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

- Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
- No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.
Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments!
- If booking 120+ days before check-in: 50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior.
- If booking within 120 days: 75% deposit required.
- If booking within 60 days: Full payment due at booking.

Guest Identification
As part of our reservation process, guests are required to provide a valid driver’s license to confirm identity and verify that the individual making the reservation is the authorized cardholder for the payment method on file. This step is necessary to ensure the security of all reservations and to confirm that the primary guest is responsible for the stay.
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have designed our cancellation and travel credit policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM
- We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access.
- In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded.
- You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
- We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.
Wildlife Watch:
Guests love the peacefulness of this area and the chance to safely view wildlife, including bears, from a distance.

- Lock vehicle and cabin doors
- Store all food and trash securely.
The cabin receives routine pest control, but the Smokies are home to insects. It's normal to occasionally see insects (living or deceased) because of the mountain environment.
