Welcome to Black Bear Lodge, the ultimate retreat for friends and families seeking a Smoky Mountain getaway. This guest-favorite cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 full beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 twin bunk bed.
Relax and unwind with a soothing soak in the hot tub or enjoy a movie night in the private theater room. The spacious patio invites you to kick back in rocking chairs or savor a meal cooked on the charcoal grill. Kids will love the endless fun of playing pool or letting their imaginations run wild in the cozy Kids Kave. As the day winds down, gather around the firepit outside to roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky.

THE BASICS:
Primary renter must be 25 years old.
*We do NOT allow pets on our properties.
No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, 75% is due at the time of booking. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to consider alternate payment plans. Reach out to our office for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we made our cancellation and travel credit policy to give you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide and recommend the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
Guests will receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for your review and signature. Once you submit the rental agreement, we send you the Welcome Book. This link has important information for your stay like check-in details. We also send the Welcome book via email 10 days prior to your arrival and again via text on the day of your check-in.
SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
2 paper towel rolls in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, 2 trash bags, small bottle of dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
The welcome pack has just enough supplies to get you started. We want you to relax and settle in before making a grocery run!
