Please note that we have three neighboring cabins—Brynwood Station, Eaglebend Cabin, and Woodland Cove—that share the same layout, design, and in some areas, similar décor.

🐻 Wildlife Watch:
Guests love Eaglebend for its peaceful setting and frequent bear sightings. Enjoy nature responsibly and keep all food and trash secure, keep vehicle and cabin doors locked at all times, and never feed or approach the bears. Remember, you’re a guest in both their home and ours. 🐾

There are bugs in the Smokies! We have regular extermination services, so sometimes you'll encounter the insects that "didn't make it" and sometimes others that are still living.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out policy:
We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded. You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments!
• If booking 120+ days before check-in: 50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior.
• If booking within 120 days: 75% deposit required.
• If booking within 60 days: Full payment due at booking.

Cancellation Policy:
We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have designed our cancellation and travel credit policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. Guest Identification
As part of our reservation process, guests are required to provide a valid driver’s license to confirm identity and verify that the individual making the reservation is the authorized cardholder for the payment method on file. This step is necessary to ensure the security of all reservations and to confirm that the primary guest is responsible for the stay.
