This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to all your favorite Smoky Mountain activities.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, 75% is due at the time of booking. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to consider alternate payment plans. Reach out to our office for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we made our cancellation and travel credit policy to give you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide and recommend the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT POLICY:
We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded. You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
Guests will receive a booking confirmation text message with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned. Guests will then be directed to our welcome book that will contain important check-in details for your stay, cabin amenities, and local noteworthy attractions. The welcome book will be resent via text message and email 48-hours prior to your arrival.
SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
