As you step into Smoky Oaks, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace, a dining area, and a full kitchen. The first floor hosts a bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite full bath. Upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite full bath.

The front deck boasts a five-person hot tub and a sitting area around the gas grill, perfect for BBQs and relaxing. Smoky Oaks is ideal for two separate couples or a family of four, making it a top choice for a romantic cabin near Pigeon Forge or a quick family trip. For larger groups, pair it with our neighboring cabin, Whispering Oaks, which accommodates up to six guests.

Downstairs Bedroom: 1 King Bed
Upstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

LEVEL LAYOUT
Main Level: Living room and tv, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom, full bath, front porch with gas grill and hot tub.
Upper Level: Queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom.

THE BASICS:
Primary renter must be 25 years old.
*We do NOT allow pets on our properties.
No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, 75% is due at the time of booking. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to consider alternate payment plans. Reach out to our office for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we made our cancellation and travel credit policy to give you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide and recommend the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
Guests will receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for your review and signature. Once you submit the rental agreement, we send you the Welcome Book. This link has important information for your stay like check-in details. We also send the Welcome book via email 10 days prior to your arrival and again via text on the day of your check-in.

OUR STARTER KIT:
2 paper towel rolls in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, 2 trash bags, small bottle of dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The welcome pack has just enough supplies to get you started. We want you to relax and settle in before making a grocery run!
