The Space
Comfortable, bright, and ready for your crew. Two queen bedrooms — four queens total — each with their own private en-suite bathroom mean everyone has their own space to unwind after a full day on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before a morning paddle to big group dinners, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and stay as long as the lake will let you. With room for up to 8, there's plenty of space to spread out and feel right at home.

The Basics
- Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
- *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
- Do Not Arrive to the property prior to your approved check-in time.
- No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.
Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments!
- If booking 120+ days before check-in: 50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior.
- If booking within 120 days: 75% deposit required.
- If booking within 60 days: Full payment due at booking.

Cancellation Policy
